Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone and email during the night shift.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with speed, accuracy, and empathy to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Input and update customer data into our CRM systems accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with the day shift team to ensure seamless operational handovers and information flow.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols, security procedures, and quality standards.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in the company database.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidates.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation is required for shift commutes.
