Key Duties:
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve complex customer issues with patience and professionalism while adhering to strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Accurately enter and update customer information into CRM systems.
- Assist customers with product information, billing inquiries, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify process improvements and enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during high-pressure situations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not mandatory (we provide paid training).
- Must be available to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
