Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage incoming customer inquiries and support tickets during night hours.
- Perform high-volume data entry and ensure the accuracy of all operational records.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to transition information smoothly and prevent bottlenecks.
- Execute standard operating procedures (SOPs) with precision and efficiency.
- Resolve complex issues and escalate critical problems to the appropriate supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in customer support or operations is preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong typing skills (45+ wpm) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
