Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders across the Florida region.
  • Onboard new clients efficiently and conduct comprehensive training sessions to ensure immediate product adoption.

  • Collaborate closely with the Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback and drive product roadmap improvements.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Support.
