Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders across the Florida region.
- Onboard new clients efficiently and conduct comprehensive training sessions to ensure immediate product adoption.
- Monitor customer health scores and proactively address potential churn risks with tailored solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback and drive product roadmap improvements.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to align client goals with our service offerings.
- Resolve complex escalations and ensure 100% customer satisfaction in all interactions.
- Develop and execute account growth plans to increase upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Support.
- Proven track record of managing a portfolio of 50+ accounts successfully.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence and empathy.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and project management software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Must be currently located in Florida or willing to relocate immediately.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
