Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction scores
- Document interactions and update CRM systems in real-time

- Meet/exceed daily performance metrics for call handling and resolution times

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
