Responsibilities
- Architect and execute multi-channel recruitment campaigns targeting specialized tech talent for 2026-era roles (AI/ML, Quantum Computing, Web3)
- Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies to dominate candidate search results for niche technical positions
- Partner with product teams to map future skill requirements and build proactive talent pipelines
- Create compelling employer brand content optimized for both candidate engagement and SEO performance
- Analyze recruitment funnel metrics and SEO KPIs to continuously optimize acquisition strategies

Qualifications
