Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume recruitment strategies to meet aggressive hiring targets for technical positions.
- Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and specialized tech boards.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from pipeline generation to offer negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track metrics and ensure data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or agency sales.
- Proven track record of closing placements and managing a high-volume pipeline.
- Strong understanding of software development roles (Frontend, Backend, DevOps, QA, Data Science).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings within the region.
