Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, from sourcing and screening to closing offers.
- Utilize various sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search, to identify high-potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct engaging phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit and cultural alignment.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define job specifications.
- Navigate complex compensation negotiations to secure top talent.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in software engineering, IT, or related fields.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse candidates.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
