Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies to attract and secure top technical talent.
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search to build diverse candidate pipelines.
- Conduct in-depth technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Negotiate offers and manage the closing process to ensure high retention rates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and market positioning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with passive candidates and industry leaders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Staffing.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and technical roles (DevOps, Java, Python, etc.).
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
