Responsibilities
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for technical and non-technical positions in the Boston area.
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and market requirements.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Maintain a pipeline of active candidates ready for immediate placement.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales is preferred.
