Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruitment for software engineering, DevOps, and data science roles
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates using Boolean search and Boolean search tools
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) workflows and ensure data integrity
- Conduct technical screenings and coordinate interview logistics with stakeholders
- Drive employer branding initiatives across technical communities and platforms
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes and reduce time-to-fill
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record in tech hiring
- Expertise in sourcing for hard-to-fill roles (Python, AWS, Kubernetes, ML/AI)
- Proficiency in modern ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Strong technical aptitude to evaluate candidates' skills and experience
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with recruitment analytics and reporting dashboards
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Local Nashville network or willingness to build one rapidly
