Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified technical candidates across software engineering, data science, and DevOps roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from requisition to offer acceptance
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records and recruitment analytics
- Execute targeted recruitment campaigns for hard-to-fill technical positions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in fast-paced tech environments
- Proven track record of closing 15+ technical roles quarterly
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through Boolean searches and social networks
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Strong technical understanding to assess engineering competencies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
