Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen technologies
- Present future-state roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Quantify market opportunities for breakthrough technologies in renewable energy and AI ethics
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary Horizon Scanning Methodology
- Author quarterly 'FutureWatch' reports distributed to Fortune 500 clients
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting at tech-forward organizations
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (STEEP, Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurist or technology journals
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis platforms
