Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently using our CRM software.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by finding effective solutions and escalating when necessary.
- Maintain and update customer accounts, ensuring all data is current and accurate.
- Collaborate closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Provide detailed product information, pricing, and shipping updates to clients.
- Assist in training new team members and adhering to all company policies and safety standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be available to start work this week.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required for this role.
