Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting, preferably within high-growth tech startups or enterprise environments.
- Deep understanding of modern software development stacks (e.g., React, Node.js, Python, AWS).
- Proven track record of successfully closing hard-to-fill roles and negotiating competitive offers.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- High proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recruiting insights.
