Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using Java/Spring Boot
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization with AWS and Docker
- Mentor 3+ engineers through code reviews and architectural sessions
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical requirements
- Implement security best practices and compliance standards
- Drive performance optimization for high-transaction systems
- Participate in agile ceremonies and backlog grooming
Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience with Java
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong background in distributed systems design
- Proven track record of mentoring engineers
- Experience with microservices and RESTful APIs
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- CI/CD pipeline implementation (Jenkins/GitLab CI)
- Fintech or financial services domain knowledge
