You will be the first line of defense for our internal employees and clients, resolving tickets, maintaining hardware, and monitoring network health.

Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor server health, network traffic, and security alerts during the night shift.
- Perform routine maintenance and patch management on critical systems.
- Respond to help desk tickets and emergency escalations in a timely manner.
- Document technical resolutions and update knowledge base articles.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or system administration.
- Must be willing and able to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with remote access tools and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is a plus.
