Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using modern frameworks such as React, Node.js, or Python.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend engineers, to define feature requirements.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure high standards of quality and security.
- Optimize application performance and ensure 99.9% uptime for critical services.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Identify technical debt and implement refactoring strategies to improve system maintainability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Deep understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
