Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring alignment with company strategic goals.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product innovation.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and launch of new features and products.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable strategies for executive stakeholders and engineering teams.
- Drive the product vision, prioritizing the backlog based on business value, user needs, and technical feasibility.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and iterate on product strategies to maximize user engagement and retention.
- Represent the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle, from conception to delivery.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Strategy, with a focus on long-term roadmapping.
- Proven track record of leading successful product launches and managing complex projects from concept to market.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive product decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels of the organization.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically while executing with high attention to detail.
