- Perform routine maintenance and backups on company servers and workstations.
- Collaborate with the support team to develop weekend escalation procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related technical field.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, and Office 365.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during off-hours.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
- CompTIA A+ certification is a plus.
