Responsibilities
- Tier 2/3 Technical Support: Resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues for internal staff during night hours.
- System Monitoring: Proactively monitor server health, network performance, and security alerts to prevent downtime.
- Helpdesk Management: Field incoming support tickets via Zendesk and resolve them with a focus on rapid response times.
- Network Administration: Perform routine patching, configuration updates, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Asset Management: Conduct inventory checks and manage hardware lifecycle for the night operations team.
- Security Compliance: Enforce IT security policies and ensure all systems are compliant with company standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Support or System Administration.
- Night Shift History: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in night shift environments.
- Certifications: CompTIA A+ or N+ preferred; Security+ or CCNA is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and remote desktop tools.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to support remote and in-office staff.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot under pressure.
