- Process transactions and resolve billing discrepancies using Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex service issues
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in compliance protocols
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to team revenue targets
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Support seasonal projects during peak business periods
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends (10am-6pm shifts)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework a plus
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with 98% accuracy
