Responsibilities
- Monitor server health, performance, and availability across on-premise and cloud environments.
- Execute critical system patches, updates, and backups during scheduled maintenance windows.
- Diagnose and resolve escalated technical issues from day-shift support teams.
- Ensure strict adherence to cybersecurity protocols and data integrity during night operations.
- Document nightly activities, incident reports, and system configurations.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize system architecture.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Systems Administration or IT Support (minimum 2 years).
- Expertise in Microsoft Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
- Knowledge of Linux administration and scripting languages (PowerShell/Bash).
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11 PM – 7 AM).
