Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 & Tier 3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot alerts to prevent downtime.
- Manage ticket queues and ensure rapid resolution of critical incidents.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on servers and workstations.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate logs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Certifications such as A+, Network+, or Security+ are a major plus.
- Proven experience in IT support or a related technical field.
- Availability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
