Responsibilities

- Manage and prioritize incoming help desk tickets during peak weekend hours.
- Assist end-users with password resets, account access, and email configuration.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our internal knowledge base.
- Conduct remote diagnostics using various support tools and platforms.
- Collaborate with the support team to improve overall service delivery.
- Ensure strict adherence to data privacy and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- Basic understanding of Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
