Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical troubleshooting and customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all support tickets and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday support team to ensure 24/7 service continuity.
- Identify trends in technical issues and suggest improvements to internal processes.
- Ensure a professional and positive customer experience during all interactions.
- Perform regular system checks and maintenance tasks during off-peak hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support or customer service.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and remote desktop tools.
