- Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate complex technical challenges.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while adhering to company service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance the support workflow.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer proficiency with a strong understanding of operating systems (Windows/Mac) and internet applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail.
