Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues for end-users in a timely manner.
- Manage and prioritize incoming IT help desk tickets using our ticketing system.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and network peripherals.
- Provide exceptional technical support and training to employees on new software and hardware.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure system uptime and security compliance.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in our knowledge base.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users clearly.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
