Responsibilities
- Handle High-Volume Inquiries: Assist a diverse client base via phone, email, and chat during the evening hours.
- Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Diagnose and resolve software and hardware problems with precision and speed.
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a professional demeanor and ensure every client feels heard and valued.
- Document Interactions: Accurately log all support tickets and case details into our CRM system.
- Collaborate with Day Shift: Communicate critical issues to the morning team to ensure continuity of service.
- Adhere to Protocols: Follow company policies and security guidelines strictly.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Night Shift (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous customer service or technical support experience is highly preferred.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to think on your feet.
- Location: Must be willing to work from our Washington DC office.
