Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming customer inquiries via phone and email during night shifts.
- Resolve complex customer issues with empathy and efficiency, escalating critical cases when necessary.
- Accurately update and maintain customer databases and case files in real-time.
- Collaborate with the day-shift operations team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Perform quality assurance checks on daily interactions to maintain high service standards.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Proven experience in customer service or call center environments is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
