Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls during the night shift.

- Collaborate with day shift teams to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to company call scripts and protocols.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or call center operations.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a clear speaking voice.
