Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on resolution.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and escalations professionally and efficiently.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM database.
- Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and billing inquiries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
- Document all interactions and follow up on pending issues to ensure closure.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards during night operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or technical support is a plus.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with limited supervision.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to maintain focus during night hours.
