Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Definition: Architect and define the long-term technical strategy for the 2026 product ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging market trends.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures that can handle exponential data growth and complex algorithmic loads.
- Innovation & Research: Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) to drive competitive advantage.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate high-level business requirements into concrete technical specifications.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee system performance monitoring and optimization to ensure 99.99% uptime and sub-millisecond latency.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing large-scale engineering projects.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
- AI & Data: Strong background in Machine Learning pipelines, data modeling, and large-scale data processing (Spark, Kafka).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is preferred.
