Responsibilities
- Screen resumes and applications to identify top-tier candidates for technical roles.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate data and reporting.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize job postings and employer branding.
- Provide regular feedback to the hiring team regarding candidate progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
