Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing and technical support issues with efficiency
- Document interactions in CRM systems with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics (CSAT, resolution time)
- Participate in ongoing training programs for product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk)
