Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve technical and billing issues with first-contact resolution excellence
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical support and sales teams to ensure seamless service
- Meet or exceed performance metrics for response time and customer satisfaction
- Identify upsell opportunities and cross-sell relevant products/services
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a B2B or tech environment
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree a plus
