- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve technical issues for enterprise clients using our proprietary CRM system
- Document all interactions accurately in Salesforce while maintaining performance metrics
- Collaborate with Tier 2 support teams for complex technical escalations
- Participate in daily huddles and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain 95% customer satisfaction rating through quality service delivery
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols in all client communications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with strong attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Customer service or call center experience a plus but not required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Available for flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
