Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, shipping, and product issues with first-call resolution focus
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues
- Meet/exceed productivity and quality metrics daily
- Participate in ongoing product training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in fast-paced environment
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and MS Office proficiency
- Exceptional communication and active listening abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Chicago residency required for immediate onboarding
- Background check and drug screen clearance
