- Manage ticketing system and document interactions in CRM software
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex issues
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue goals
- Maintain detailed knowledge base articles and process documentation
- Participate in weekly team training sessions and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Zendesk/Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends/weekends)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening within 48 hours
- Authorized to work in the United States immediately
