Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Horizon 2026 strategic roadmap for AI integration across all product lines.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance AI systems using Python, TensorFlow, and emerging quantum computing frameworks.
- Lead a diverse team of researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align AI capabilities with long-term business objectives and market trends.
- Oversee the implementation of ethical AI guidelines and data governance frameworks.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, Edge AI) and evaluate their viability for 2026 deployment.
- Mentor junior architects and provide technical leadership on complex system designs.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale AI initiatives from conception to production.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and natural language processing.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
