Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with 2026 business objectives and long-term vision.
- Lead the research and evaluation of cutting-edge technologies including Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Neuro-interfaces.
- Oversee the ethical implementation of AI systems, ensuring compliance with future regulatory standards and societal expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional executive teams to align high-tech initiatives with revenue and operational goals.
- Manage a substantial budget for R&D, infrastructure upgrades, and strategic partnerships.
- Mentor a high-performing team of engineers, data scientists, and futurists.
- Present complex technological concepts to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and impact.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role within Information Technology, AI Strategy, or Digital Transformation.
- Proven track record of successfully launching innovative tech products or platforms in a competitive market.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MBA, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, machine learning architectures, cloud infrastructure, and blockchain.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and communication skills, capable of presenting complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to HQ in San Francisco and visit satellite offices.
