- Establish ethical frameworks for AI and autonomous systems implementation
- Present strategic technology visions to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Mentor cross-functional teams in emerging technology adoption methodologies
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory landscapes affecting innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future technologies or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AI ethics, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products with measurable market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong background in agile methodologies and tech lifecycle management

- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or industry white papers
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation management preferred
