Your Responsibilities

- Manage and resolve incoming help desk tickets efficiently and accurately.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of office equipment and networks.
- Collaborate with senior team members to learn best practices in IT infrastructure.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all technical issues and resolutions.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users in plain English.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or Computer Science is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of computer operating systems (Windows 10/11, macOS) and networking principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to diagnosing technical errors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
