- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets regarding call handling and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay updated on industry trends and internal policy changes to provide up-to-date assistance.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We train all new hires. A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
