Responsibilities
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and live chat to resolve inquiries and provide accurate information regarding our services.
- Assist customers in navigating product features and troubleshooting common issues.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the wider support team to identify trends and improve service protocols.
- Identify opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell relevant solutions to enhance customer value.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in every customer interaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed (35+ WPM).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (if remote).
