- Resolve incoming customer inquiries and technical issues via phone and email during weekend shifts.
- Log and track all interactions in the CRM system with high accuracy.
- Escalate complex issues to the Tier 2 support team for resolution.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a rotating schedule.
- Strong computer proficiency with MS Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
