Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Assist customers with product information, order tracking, returns, and general account questions.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our internal CRM software.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the company database.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify process improvements and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (30+ WPM).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
- Willingness to learn new systems and adapt to changing procedures.
- Reliable internet connection (for remote positions) or willingness to commute to our Chicago office.
