Responsibilities
- Answer inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email with a friendly, professional tone.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Enter and update customer information accurately into our CRM database.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide support and product information.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications
- No prior experience necessary; we provide full training.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (25+ WPM).
- Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
