- Advise product teams on ethical AI integration across consumer and enterprise solutions
- Author whitepapers and contribute to global AI ethics standards bodies
- Monitor emerging AI regulations and adapt compliance strategies
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (Master's with 5+ years experience)
- Proven expertise in AI ethics frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Experience with bias mitigation techniques in ML pipelines
- Deep understanding of existential risk and alignment research
- Published work in AI ethics or responsible technology (peer-reviewed)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on AI governance
- Proficiency in Python for ethical auditing tools development
- Strong background in policy analysis and regulatory compliance
