Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) to develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Present technology foresight reports to executive leadership and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Develop risk mitigation strategies for disruptive technology adoption
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and convergence patterns
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
